Looking for a job is no simple task. There are dozens of resources to search online – some good, some bad. But if you do not know about every one of them, you may be missing out on a chance to apply for a job and get back to work.

Immediate Mission

The immediate mission of JobsWinona is to provide job seekers with a simple, one-stop online resource to give you the chance to find work or a better job.

You will find a link to every job board, job listing and job related site – local, state and beyond – that I could find to get you started (f you know of a resources that is missing, send me an email so I can add it).

Long Term Mission

The long term mission is to help make it so that you, I and every one of our friends and neighbors in the Winona area never hates going to work.

I was unhappy at work at different points in my life and it flat out sucks. Life’s to short to hate what you are doing day in and day out.

And I am not talking about just employees but also employers.

Just as employees do not want to go to a job that stinks, I believe that a large percentage of employers want to have a happy and motivated crew.  First, it is just smart business.

Second, an unhappy crew is inefficient and can be one big headache. A happy, productive crew reduces your stress level and allows you to focus more on your customer and growing your business.

Bottom line…thousands of happy workers + thousands of happy employers = awesome community to live in
